ପ୍ରାରମ୍ଭିକ ଜୀବନୀ 

ମନିକା ନୂଆ ଦିଲ୍ଲୀର ନାରାୟଣା ବିହାର [୨]ଅଞ୍ଚଳରେ ପରିବାରର ସର୍ବ କନିଷ୍ଠ କନ୍ୟା ହିସାବରେ ୧୫ ଜୁନ ୧୯୯୫ରେ ଜନ୍ମ ଗ୍ରହଣ କରିଥିଲେ । ସେ ମାତ୍ର ୪ ବର୍ଷ ବୟସରୁ ଟେବୁଲ ଟେନିସ ଖେଳିବା ଆରମ୍ଭ କରିଥିଲେ । [୩] ତାଙ୍କର ବଡ ଭଉଣୀ ଆଞ୍ଚଳ ଓ ଭାଇ ସାହିଲ ଉଭୟ ଟେବୁଲ ଟେନିସ ଖେଳୁଥିଲେ [୪]। ଭଉଣୀ ଆଞ୍ଚଳଙ୍କ ପ୍ରେରଣାରେ ସେ ଟେନିସ ପ୍ରତି ଆଗ୍ରହ ପ୍ରଦର୍ଶନ କରିଥିଲେ ।[୫] ସେ ପ୍ରଥମେ ରାଜ୍ୟସ୍ତରୀୟ ୮ ବର୍ଷରୁ କମ ବର୍ଗରେ ବିଜୟୀ ହେବା ପରେ ସେ ସନ୍ଦିପ ଗୁପ୍ତାଙ୍କ ଅଧୀନରେ ପ୍ରଶିକ୍ଷିତ ହୋଇଥିଲେ । ଗୁପ୍ତାଙ୍କର ପରାମର୍ଶକ୍ରମେ ସେ ନିଜ ସ୍କୁଲ ବଦଳେଇ ଦିଲ୍ଲୀର ହଂଶରାଜ ମଡେଲ ସ୍କୁଲରେ ପଢିଥିଲେ, ଯେଉଁଠାରେ ଗୁପ୍ତାଙ୍କର ଟେବୁଲ ଟେନିସ ଏକାଡେମୀ ରହିଥିଲା । .

୨୦୧୧ ମସିହାରେ ସେ ୨୧ ବର୍ଷରୁ କମ ବର୍ଗରେ ଚିଲି ଓପନ ଟୁର୍ଣ୍ଣାମେଣ୍ଟ ଖେଳି ରୌପ୍ୟ ପଦକ ଜିତି ଥିଲେ । ୨୦୧୪ ରାଷ୍ଟ୍ରମଣ୍ଡଳ ଖେଳରେ ଭାଗ ନେଇ ସେଥିରେ କ୍ୱାର୍ଟରଫାଇନାଲରେ ପହଞ୍ଚିଥିଲେ । ୨୦୧୫ ରାଷ୍ଟ୍ରମଣ୍ଡଳ ଖେଳରେ ସେ ଭାରତ ପାଇଁ ୩ଟି ପଦକ ଜିତିଥିଲେ । ସେଥିରେ ସେ ଦଳଗତ ବିଭାଗରେ ରୌପ୍ୟ ଏବଂ ଏକକ ଓ ଯୁଗଳ ପ୍ରତିଯୋଗିତାରେ ବ୍ରୋଞ୍ଜ ପଦକ ପାଇଥିଲେ । [୯]

୨୦୧୬ ଦକ୍ଷିଣ ଏସିୟା କ୍ରୀଡା ପ୍ରତିଯୋଗୀତାରେ[୧୦]ରେ ୩ଟି ସ୍ୱର୍ଣ ପଦକ ପାଇଥିଲେ । ସେ ଏଥିରେ ମହିଳା ଡବଲସ , ମିକ୍ସଡ ଡବଲ ଓ ଦଳଗତ ପ୍ରତିଯୋଗୀତାରେ ଭାଗ ନେଇଥିଲେ । ଏହି ପ୍ରତିଯୋଗୀତାରେ ସେ ଏକକ ବିଭାଗରେ ମଧ୍ୟ ରୌପ୍ୟ ପାଇଥିଲେ ।[୧୧] ସେ ୨୦୧୫ ଅଲିମ୍ପିକ ପାଇଁ ଯୋଗ୍ୟତା ଅର୍ଜନ କରିଥିଲେ , ତେବେ ସେଥିରେ ସେ ପ୍ରଥମ ରାଉଣ୍ଡରୁ ବିଦାୟ ନେଇଥିଲେ ।[୧୨]
