ରାଭୁଲିଜୁମାବ (ଇଂରାଜୀ ଭାଷାରେ Ravulizumab, ଏକ ବେପାର ନାମ ଅଲ୍ଟୋମିରିସ, ହେଉଛି ଏକ ଔଷଧ ଯାହା ପାରୋକ୍ସିସମାଲ୍ ନୋକଟରନାଲ ହେମୋଗ୍ଲୋବିନୁରିଆ (PNH) ଏବଂ ଆଟିପିକାଲ୍ ହେମୋଲାଇଟିକ୍ ୟୁରେମିକ ସିଣ୍ଡ୍ରୋମର ଚିକିତ୍ସା ପାଇଁ ବ୍ୟବହୃତ ହୁଏ ।^[୪] ଏହା ଏକ ଶିରାରେ ଧୀରେ ଧୀରେ ଇଞ୍ଜେକସନ ଆକାରରେ ଦିଆଯାଏ ।^[୫]

ସାଧାରଣ ପାର୍ଶ୍ୱ ପ୍ରତିକ୍ରିୟାରେ ଉର୍ଦ୍ଧ୍ୱ ଶ୍ୱାସନଳୀ ସଂକ୍ରମଣ, ତରଳ ଝାଡ଼ା, ଜ୍ୱର, ଅଇ, ଏବଂ ମୁଣ୍ଡବିନ୍ଧା ହୋଇପାରେ ।^[୧] ^[୪] ଅନ୍ୟାନ୍ୟ ପାର୍ଶ୍ୱ ପ୍ରତିକ୍ରିୟାରେ ମେନିଙ୍ଗୋକୋକାଲ୍ ସଂକ୍ରମଣ ହୋଇପାରେ ।^[୧] ଗର୍ଭାବସ୍ଥାରେ କୌଣସି ସ୍ପଷ୍ଟ କ୍ଷତି ହୋଇନଥିବାବେଳେ ଏହିପରି ବ୍ୟବହାର ଭଲ ଭାବରେ ଅଧ୍ୟୟନ କରାଯାଇ ନାହିଁ ।^[୬] ଏହା ଏକ ମୋନୋକ୍ଲୋନାଲ ଆଣ୍ଟିବଡି ଯାହା ସଂପୃକ୍ତ ଉପାଦାନ ୫ (complement component 5/ C5)ର କାର୍ଯ୍ୟକଳାପ ସ‌ହିତ ସଂଯୁକ୍ତ ହେ ଅବରୋଧ କରେ ।^[୧]

୨୦୧୮ ମସିହାରେ ଯୁକ୍ତରାଷ୍ଟ୍ରରେ ଏବଂ ୨୦୧୯ରେ ୟୁରୋପରେ ଡାକ୍ତରୀ ବ୍ୟବହାର ପାଇଁ ରାଭୁଲିଜୁମାବ ଅନୁମୋଦିତ ହୋଇଥିଲା ।^[୫] ^[୧] ଯୁକ୍ତରାଷ୍ଟ୍ରରେ ୨୦୧୯ ସୁଦ୍ଧା ବର୍ଷକୁ ଏହାର ମୂଲ୍ୟ ପ୍ରାୟ ୪୬୦,୦୦୦ ଡଲାର ଅଟେ ।^[୭]
