ଫାଇନରନନ (ଇଂରାଜୀ ଭାଷାରେ Finerenone), ଏକ ବେପାର ନାମ କେରେଣ୍ଡିଆ, ହେଉଛି ଏକ ଔଷଧ ଯାହା ମଧୁମେହ ଟାଇପ-୨ ରୋଗୀଙ୍କର କ୍ରନିକ ବୃକ୍‌କ ରୋଗର ଚିକିତ୍ସା ପାଇଁ ବ୍ୟବହୃତ ହୁଏ ।^[୪] ମଧ୍ୟମରୁ ଗୁରୁତର ରୋଗୀଙ୍କର ମୂତ୍ରରେ ପୁଷ୍ଟିସାର ଥିଲେ ଏହା ବ୍ୟବହୃତ ହୁଏ ।^[୪] ଏହା ପାଟିରେ ଦିଆଯାଏ । ^[୪]

ସାଧାରଣ ପାର୍ଶ୍ୱ ପ୍ରତିକ୍ରିୟାରେ ହାଇପରକାଲେମିଆ, ନିମ୍ନ ରକ୍ତଚାପ ଏବଂ ଅଳ୍ପ ସୋଡିଅମ ରକ୍ତ‌ତା ହୋଇପାରେ ।^[୫] ଆଡ୍ରେନାଲ୍ ଅଭାବ ଥିବା ଲୋକଙ୍କଠାରେ ଏହା ବ୍ୟବହାର କରାଯିବା ଉଚିତ୍ ନୁହେଁ ।^[୫] ଏହା ଅଙ୍ଗୁର ଫଳ ସହିତ ପ୍ରତିକ୍ରିୟା କରିପାରେ ।^[୫] ଗର୍ଭାବସ୍ଥାରେ ବ୍ୟବହାର କଲେ ଶିଶୁର କ୍ଷତି ହୋଇପାରେ ।^[୫] ଏହା ଏକ ଅଣ-ଷ୍ଟେରଏଡାଲ ମିନେରାଲୋକର୍ଟିକଏଡ ରିସେପ୍ଟର ଆଣ୍ଟାଗୋନିଷ୍ଟ (MRA) ।^[୫]

୨୦୨୧ ମସିହାରେ ଯୁକ୍ତରାଷ୍ଟ୍ରରେ ଏବଂ ୨୦୨୨ରେ ୟୁରୋପରେ ଚିକିତ୍ସା କ୍ଷେତ୍ରରେ ପାଇଁ ଫାଇନରନନ ଅନୁମୋଦିତ ହୋଇଥିଲା ^[୫]^[୪] ଯୁକ୍ତରାଜ୍ୟରେ ଏହାର ୪ ସପ୍ତାହର ଔଷଧ ଖର୍ଚ୍ଚ ପ୍ରାୟ ୫୨ ପାଉଣ୍ଡ । ^[୭] ଯୁକ୍ତରାଷ୍ଟ୍ରରେ ଏହି ପରିମାଣ ପ୍ରାୟ ୫୬୦ ଡଲାର ଅଟେ । ^[୮]
