ପୁଙ୍ଗାନୁର ଏକ ଭାରତୀୟ ନଗର ପଞ୍ଚାୟତ (Nagar Panchayat) ଅଟେ । ଏହା ଆନ୍ଧ୍ର ପ୍ରଦେଶର ଚିତ୍ତୋଓର୍ ଜିଲ୍ଲାରେ ଅବସ୍ଥିତ ।
