ଲୁନେଟ ଅସ୍ଥି ସ୍ଥାନଚ୍ୟୁତି ହେଉଛି ଏକ ପ୍ରକାର କଚଟି ସ୍ଥାନଚ୍ୟୁତି ଯେଉଁଠାରେ ଲୁନେଟ ଅସ୍ଥି ତାହାର ସ୍ଥାନରୁ ବାହାରି ଯାଇଥାଏ ।[୩] ଏହାର ଲକ୍ଷଣ ମଧ୍ୟରେ କଚଟିରେ ଯନ୍ତ୍ରଣା ଏବଂ ଫୁଲା ହୁଏ ।[୨] କଚଟି ଅସ୍ୱାଭାବିକ ଦେଖାଯାଏ କି ନାହିଁ ତାହା ପରିବର୍ତ୍ତନଶୀଳ ।[୨] ଏହାର ଜଟିଳତା ମଧ୍ୟରେ ମିଡିଆନ ସ୍ନାୟୁରେ ଆଘାତ ଅନ୍ତର୍ଭୁକ୍ତ କରିହୋଇପାରେ ।[୧]
ଏହାର କାରଣ ସାଧାରଣତଃ ଗୁରୁତ୍ୱପୂର୍ଣ୍ଣ ଆଘାତ ସହିତ ଜଡିତ ହୋଇଥାଏ ।[୩] ରୋଗ ନିର୍ଣ୍ଣୟ ସାଧାରଣତ ରଞ୍ଜନରଶ୍ମି ଦ୍ୱାରା ହୋଇଥାଏ; ଯଦିଓ ୨୫% କ୍ଷେତ୍ରରେ ତାହା ଜଣାପଡ଼େନାହିଁ ।[୧]
ଚିକିତ୍ସାରେ ପ୍ରାୟ ଅସ୍ତ୍ରୋପଚାର ଆବଶ୍ୟକ ହୁଏ ।[୪] ଯଦିଓ ଅସ୍ତ୍ରୋପଚାର ପୂର୍ବରୁ ରିଡକସନ ଓ ସ୍ପ୍ଲିଣ୍ଟିଂ ଚେଷ୍ଟା କରାଯାଇପାରେ ।[୨] ରାଡିଆଲ ସ୍ନାୟୁ ସ୍ୱାଭାବିକ ଥିଲେ ୩ରୁ ୫ଦିନ ପରେ ଅସ୍ତ୍ରୋପଚାର କରାଯାଇପାରେ ।[୧] ଯେଉଁମାନେ ଶୀଘ୍ର ଚିକିତ୍ସିତ ହୁଅନ୍ତି, ଫଳାଫଳ ସାଧାରଣତ ଯୁକ୍ତିଯୁକ୍ତ ହୁଏ, ଯଦିଓ ଅଷ୍ଟିଓଆର୍ଥ୍ରାଇଟିସ୍ ସାଧାରଣତଃ ହୋଇପାରେ ।[୨]
ଲୁନେଟ ଅସ୍ଥି ସ୍ଥାନଚ୍ୟୁତି ସାଧାରଣ ନୁହେଁ ।[୨] ଯେତେବେଳେ ଏହା ହୁଏ, ସାଧାରଣତ ଯୁବକମାନେ ପ୍ରଭାବିତ ହୁଅନ୍ତି ।[୧] ୧୯୪୦ ଦଶକରେ ରସେଲଙ୍କ ଦ୍ୱାରା ଏହାର ପ୍ରାରମ୍ଭିକ ବର୍ଣ୍ଣନା ହୋଇଥିଲା ।[୫] [୬]
