ଲାଟାନୋପ୍ରୋସ୍ଟ (ଇଂରାଜୀ ଭାଷାରେ Latanoprost, ଏକ ବିକ୍ରୟ ନାମ ଜାଲାଟାନ/Xalatan) ଏକ ଔଷଧ ଯାହା ଚକ୍ଷୁ ମଧ୍ୟସ୍ଥ ଅଧିକ ଚାପର (pressure inside the eye) ଚିକିତ୍ସାରେ ବ୍ୟବ‌ହୃତ ହୁଏ । ଚକ୍ଷୁ ଉଚ୍ଚ‌ଚାପ (ocular hypertension) ଓ ଓପନ ଆଙ୍ଗଲ ଗ୍ଲକୋମା (open angle glaucoma) ରୋଗମାନଙ୍କରେ ଏହା ଦିଆଯାଏ । ମାନବ ଆଖିରେ ଏହା ଚକ୍ଷୁ ଡ୍ରପ (eye drops) ଆକାରରେ ପକାଯାଏ । ଏହାର ପ୍ରଭାବ ୪ ଘଣ୍ଟାରେ ଆରମ୍ଭ ହୋଇ ଏକ ଦିନ ରହେ । ^[୧]

ଲାଟାନୋପ୍ରୋସ୍ଟର ପାର୍ଶ୍ୱ ପ୍ରତିକ୍ରିୟାରେ ଝାପସା ଦୃଶ୍ୟ (blurry vision), ଲାଲ ଆଖି, ଗଲୁ ଓ କଳା ଆଇରିସ ଆଦି ଲକ୍ଷଣ ଦେଖାଯାଏ । ପ୍ରୋସ୍ଟାଗ୍ଲାଣ୍ଡିନ ଆନାଲୋଗ (prostaglandin analogue) ଶ୍ରେଣୀର ଲାଟାନୋପ୍ରୋସ୍ଟ ଏକ ଔଷଧ । ^[୧] ଆଖିରେ ଥିବା ଆକ୍ୱିଅସ ହ୍ୟୁମର (aqueous fluid) ୟୁଭିଓସ୍କ୍ଲେରାଲ ଟ୍ରାକ୍ଟ (uveoscleral tract) ମାଧ୍ୟମରେ ଆଖିରୁ ବାହାରିଯାଏ ।^[୨]
