ଫ୍ଲୁଟିକାସୋନ/ଫର୍ମୋଟେରୋଲ, (ଇଂରାଜୀ ଭାଷାରେ Fluticasone/formoterol), ଏକ ବିକ୍ରୟ ନାମ ଫ୍ଲୁଟିଫର୍ମ, ହେଉଛି ଆଜ୍‌ମା ରୋଗର ଦୀର୍ଘକାଳୀନ ଚିକିତ୍ସାରେ ବ୍ୟବହୃତ ଏକ ମିଶ୍ରଣ ଔଷଧ ।^[୩] ଏହି ଔଷଧ ଦିନକୁ ଦୁଇଥର ପ୍ରଶ୍ୱାସରେ ନେବା ଦ୍ୱାରା ଏହା ବ୍ୟବହୃତ ହୁଏ ।^[୧]

ପାର୍ଶ୍ୱ ପ୍ରତିକ୍ରିୟାରେ ଶୁଖିଲା ପାଟି, ଶୋଇବାରେ ଅସୁବିଧା, ରାସ, କାଶ, ଏବଂ ଥ୍ରସ୍ ଅନ୍ତର୍ଭୁକ୍ତ ହୋଇପାରେ ।^[୧] ଏଥିରେ ଫ୍ଲୁଟିକାସୋନ ଥାଏ ଯାହା ଏକ ପ୍ରଶ୍ୱାସରେ ନିଆଯାଉଥିବା କର୍ଟିକୋଷ୍ଟେରଏଡ (ଆଇସିଏସ୍) ଏବଂ ଫର୍ମୋଟେରୋଲ ଯାହା ଏକ ଦୀର୍ଘକାଳୀନ କାର୍ଯ୍ୟ କରୁଥିବା ବିଟା ଆଗୋନିଷ୍ଟ (LABA) ଥାଏ ।^[୩]

୨୦୧୨ ମସିହାରେ ୟୁରୋପର ଅନେକ ଦେଶରେ ଚିକିତ୍ସା ବ୍ୟବହାର ପାଇଁ ଏହି ମିଶ୍ରଣ ଅନୁମୋଦିତ ହୋଇଥିଲା ।^[୪] ଏହା ଅଷ୍ଟ୍ରେଲିଆ, ଦକ୍ଷିଣ କୋରିଆ ଏବଂ ଜାପାନରେ ମଧ୍ୟ ଅନୁମୋଦିତ |^[୫] ବୁଡେସୋନାଇଡ/ଫର୍ମୋଟରୋଲର ଔଷଧର ବିକଳ୍ପ ଭାବରେ ଏହାର ନାମ ବିଶ୍ୱ ସ୍ୱାସ୍ଥ୍ୟ ସଂଗଠନର ଜରୁରୀ ଔଷଧ ତାଲିକାରେ ଅଛି ।^[୬] ଯୁକ୍ତରାଜ୍ୟରେ ୨୦ ମାତ୍ରା ଔଷଧର ମୂଲ୍ୟ ପ୍ରାୟ ୨୮ ପାଉଣ୍ଡ ଅଟେ ।^[୭]
