ଟ୍ରାଆମସିନୋଲୋନ ହେକ୍ସାସେଟୋନାଇଡ (ଇଂରାଜୀ ଭାଷାରେ Triamcinolone hexacetonide), ଅନ୍ୟମାନଙ୍କ ମଧ୍ୟରେ ଆରିଷ୍ଟୋସ୍ପାନ୍ ଏହାର ଏକ ବିକ୍ରୟ ନାମ, ହେଉଛି ନାବାଳକ ଇଡିଓପାଥିକ୍ ଆର୍ଥ୍ରାଇଟିସ୍ (juvenile idiopathic arthritis/ JIA)ର ଚିକିତ୍ସା ପାଇଁ ବ୍ୟବହୃତ ଏକ ଔଷଧ ।[୧] ଏହା ଗାଉଟ, ବର୍ସାଇଟିସ୍ ଏବଂ ଟେଣ୍ଡିନୋପାଥି ପାଇଁ ମଧ୍ୟ ବ୍ୟବହୃତ ହୋଇପାରେ ।[୨] ଏହା ଗଣ୍ଠିରେ ଇଞ୍ଜେକସନ ଆକାରରେ ଦିଆଯାଏ ।[୧] ଏହାର ପ୍ରଭାବ ୪ ସପ୍ତାହ ପର୍ଯ୍ୟନ୍ତ ରହିଥାଏ ।[୩] ଏକ ବିକଳ୍ପ ଭାବରେ ଟ୍ରାଆମସିନୋଲୋନ ଆସେଟୋନାଇଡ୍ ବ୍ୟବହାର କରାଯାଇପାରେ ।[୪]
