ଗ୍ରିସିଓଫଲଭିନ (ଇଂରାଜୀ ଭାଷାରେ Griseofulvin) ଏକ କବକରୋଧୀ ଔଷଧ (antifungal medication ଯାହା ଅନେକ ପ୍ରକାରର ଡର୍ମାଟୋଫାଇଟିସ (dermatophytoses) ବା ringworm) ବା ଯାଦୁ ରୋଗର ଚିକିତ୍ସାରେ ବ୍ୟବ‌ହାର କରାଯାଏ । ^[୧] କ୍ରିମ ଔଷଧଦ୍ୱାରା ଚର୍ମ ଓ ନ‌ଖ ଯାଦୁ (nails) ଭଲ ନ ହେଲେ ଏହି ଔଷଧ ଦିଆଯାଏ ।^[୨] ଗ୍ରିସିଓଫଲଭିନ ପାଟିରେ ଦିଆଯାଏ । ^[୧]

ଗ୍ରିସିଓଫଲଭିନର ସାଧାରଣ ପାର୍ଶ୍ୱ ପ୍ରତିକ୍ରିୟାରେ ଆଲର୍ଜି ପ୍ରତିକ୍ରିୟା (allergic reactions), ଅଇ, ତରଳ ଝାଡ଼ା, ମୁଣ୍ଡବଥା, ନିଦ୍ରାସମସ୍ୟା ଓ ଥକ୍କା ଅନୁଭବ ଇତ୍ୟାଦି ଲକ୍ଷଣ ଦେଖାଯାଏ । ପରଫିରିଆ (porphyria) ଓ ଯକୃତ ଫେଲ (liver failure) ରୋଗରେ ଏହା ଦିଆଯାଏ ନାହିଁ ।^[୧] ଗର୍ଭାବସ୍ଥାରେ ଓ ପୂର୍ବରୁ ଏହି ଔଷଧଦ୍ୱାରା ଶିଶୁର କ୍ଷତି ସାଧନ ହୁଏ ।^[୧]^[୨] କବକର ମାଇଟୋସିସ (mitosis) ପ୍ରଣାଳୀରେ ଏହା ବାଧା ସୃଷ୍ଟି କରେ ।^[୧]

ସନ ୧୯୩୯ରେ ଏକ ପ୍ରକାର ପେନିସଲିଅମ (Penicillium) ମୋଲ୍‌ଡରୁ ଗ୍ରିସିଓଫଲଭିନ ଆବିଷ୍କୃତ ହୋଇଥିଲା ।^[୩]^[୪] ଏହାର ନାମ ବିଶ୍ୱ ସ୍ୱାସ୍ଥ୍ୟ ସଂଗଠନର ଅତ୍ୟାବଶ୍ୟକୀୟ ଔଷଧ ଚିଠାରେ (World Health Organization's List of Essential Medicines) ଅଛି ଯାହା ମୌଳିକ ସ୍ୱାସ୍ଥ୍ୟ ସିସ୍ଟମ (health system) ନିମନ୍ତେ ଅତି ମହତ୍ତ୍ୱପୂର୍ଣ୍ଣ ।^[୫] ବିକାଶଶୀଳ ଦେଶମାନଙ୍କରେ (developing world) ଏହି ଔଷଧର ଏକ ଦିନ ଡୋଜର ହୋଲସେଲ ମୂଲ୍ୟ ୦.୦୫ରୁ ୦.୧୮ ଆମେରିକୀୟ ଡଲାର ।^[୬] ଯୁକ୍ତରାଷ୍ଟ୍ର ଆମେରିକାରେ ଏହାର ଏକ କୋର୍ଷର ମୂଲ୍ୟ ୧୦୦ରୁ ୨୦୦ ଡଲାର ।^[୭]
