ଗାସ୍ଟ୍ରୋଏଣ୍ଟେରାଇଟିସ, ପ୍ରତିଶବ୍ଦ ସଂକ୍ରମଣକାରୀ ତରଳ ଝାଡ଼ା (ଇଂରାଜୀ ଭାଷାରେ infectious diarrhea), ଏକ ଖାଦ୍ୟ ନଳୀର ପ୍ରଦାହ ଯାହା ଯାହା ମାନବ ପାକସ୍ଥଳୀଅନ୍ତନଳୀରେ ହୁଏ ।[୧] ଇଂରାଜୀରେ ଗ୍ୟାସ୍ଟ୍ରୋ ଶବ୍ଦ ପାକସ୍ଥଳିର ବିଶେଷଣ ଓ ଏଣ୍ଟେରୋ ଶବ୍ଦ ଅନ୍ତନାଳିର ବିଶେଷଣ । ଆଇଟିସ ଶବ୍ଦ ପ୍ରଦାହ ଅର୍ଥରେ ବ୍ୟବହାର ହୁଏ । ଏହାକୁ ଅନେକ କଥିତ ଭାଷାରେ ସ୍ଟୋମାକ ଫ୍ଲୁ, ଗ୍ୟାସ୍ଟ୍ରିକ ଫ୍ଲୁ ବା ସ୍ଟୋମାକ ବଗ୍ ନାମ ଦେଇ କହନ୍ତି । ଏହି ରୋଗରେ ମିଳିତ ଭାବରେ ତରଳ ଝାଡ଼ା, ବାନ୍ତିଉଦର ଯନ୍ତ୍ରଣା ହୁଏ ।[୨] ଜ୍ୱର, ଶକ୍ତି ଅଭାବ ଓ ନିର୍ଜଳନ ହୋଇପାରେ ।[୩][୪] ସ୍ୱାଭାବିକ ଭାବରେ ୨ ସପ୍ତାହ ପର୍ଯ୍ୟନ୍ତ ଏହି ରୋଗ ରହେ ।[୧] ଇନଫ୍ଲୁଏଞ୍ଜା ରୋଗ ସ‌ହିତ ଏହାର କୌଣସି ସମ୍ପର୍କ ନ ଥିଲେ ମଧ୍ୟ ଏହାକୁ ଭୁଲରେ ପାକସ୍ଥଳୀ ଫ୍ଲୁ କୁହାଯାଏ । [୫]

ଗ୍ୟାସ୍ଟ୍ରୋଏଣ୍ଟେରାଇଟିସ୍ ରୋଗ ଭୁତାଣୁ, ଜୀବାଣୁ, ପରଜୀବୀକବକ ମାନଙ୍କଦ୍ୱାରା ହୁଏ ।[୩][୬] ଅଧିକାଂଶ ରୋଗ ଭୁତାଣୁଦ୍ୱାରା ହୁଏ ।[୬] ପିଲାମାନଙ୍କର ସାଧାରଣତଃ ରୋଟାଭୁତାଣୁଦ୍ୱାରା ଏହି ସାଂଘାତିକ ରୋଗ ହୁଏ ।[୭] ବଡ଼ ମଣିଷମାନଙ୍କର ନୋରୋଭୁତାଣୁକାମ୍ପିଲୋବ୍ୟାକ୍ଟରଦ୍ୱାରା ସାଧାରଣତଃ ହୁଏ ।[୮][୯] ଅସିଦ୍ଧ ଖାଦ୍ୟ ଖାଇଲେ, ପ୍ରଦୂଷିତ ଜଳ ପାନ କଲେ ଓ ସଂକ୍ରମିତ ଲୋକ ସଂସ୍ପର୍ଷରେ ଆସିଲେ ଏହି ରୋଗ ବ୍ୟାପେ । ରୋଗ ନିର୍ଣ୍ଣୟ ନିମନ୍ତେ କୌଣସି ପରୀକ୍ଷା ଆବଶ୍ୟକ ହୁଏନାହିଁ ।[୩]

ଏହାର ପ୍ରତିଷେଧ ନିମନ୍ତେ ସାବୁନ‌ଦ୍ୱାରା ହସ୍ତ ପ୍ରକ୍ଷାଳନ, ବିଶୁଦ୍ଧ ଜଳ ପାନ, ମାନବ ଆବର୍ଜନା ଓ ପିଲାଙ୍କୁ ବଜାର ଖାଦ୍ୟ ବଦଳରେ ସ୍ତନ୍ୟପାନ କରାଯାଏ ।[୩] ପିଲାଙ୍କୁ ରୋଟାଭୁତାଣୁ ଟିକା ଦେବାକୁ ପରାମର୍ଶ ଦିଆଯାଏ ।[୩][୭] ଯଥେଷ୍ଟ ପରିମାଣର ପାନୀୟ ଦେଇ ଚିକିତ୍ସା କରାଯାଏ । ସାମାନ୍ୟ ଓ ମଧ୍ୟମ ଧରଣର ରୋଗ ନିମନ୍ତେ ଓରାଲ ରିହାଇଡ୍ରେସନ ସଲ୍ୟୁସନ ବା ଓଆରଏସ (ଜଳ, ଲୁଣ ଓ ଚିନିର ଏକ ମିଶ୍ରଣ) ଦିଆଯାଏ । ସ୍ତନ୍ୟପାନ କରୁଥିବା ପିଲାଙ୍କୁ ମଝିରେ ମଝିରେ ଲଗାତାର ସ୍ତନ୍ୟପାନ କରାଯାଏ । ସାଂଘାତିକ କେଶ୍‌ରେ ଶିରାଭ୍ୟନ୍ତର ତରଳ ପାନୀୟ ଆବଶ୍ୟକ ହୁଏ ।[୩] ନାସାପାକସ୍ଥଳି ନଳି ମାଧ୍ୟମରେ ତରଳ ପଦାର୍ଥ ଦିଆଯାଏ । [୧୦] ଜିଙ୍କ ଅନୁପୂରକ ପିଲାଙ୍କୁ ଦିଆଯାଏ ।[୩] ଆଣ୍ଟିବାୟୋଟିକ ସାଧାରଣତଃ ଆବଶ୍ୟକ ହୁଏ ନାହିଁ । [୧୧]

ପ୍ରତ୍ୟେକ ବର୍ଷ ଗ୍ୟାସ୍ଟ୍ରୋଏଣ୍ଟେରାଇଟିସ୍ ରୋଗରେ ୩ରୁ ୫ ନିୟୁତ ଲୋକ ଆକ୍ରାନ୍ତ ହୋଇ ୧.୪ ନିୟୁତ ଲୋକ ମୃତ୍ୟୁ ବରଣ କରନ୍ତି ।[୧୨][୧୩] ବିକାଶଶୀଳ ଦେଶମାନଙ୍କରେ ଓ ଶିଶୁମାନେ ଅଧିକ ଆକ୍ରାନ୍ତ ହୁଅନ୍ତି ।[୧୪] ସନ ୨୦୧୧ରେ ୫ ବର୍ଷରୁ କମ ବୟସର ୧.୭ ବିଲିଅନ ପିଲାଙ୍କ ମଧ୍ୟରୁ ୦.୭ ନିୟୁତ ପିଲା ମୃତ୍ୟୁ ବରଣ କରିଥିଲେ ।[୧୫] ଦୁଇ ବର୍ଷରୁ କମ୍ ବୟସର ପିଲାଙ୍କୁ ବିକାଶଶୀଳ ଦେଶମାନଙ୍କରେ ପ୍ରାୟ ୬ ବା ତାଠାରୁ ଅଧିକ ଥର ଏହି ରୋଗ ହୁଏ । [୧୬] ବଡ଼ ମଣିଷଙ୍କର ଇମ୍ମ୍ୟୁନିଟି ଅଧିକ ଥିବାରୁ ଏହି ରୋଗ କମ୍ ହୁଏ । [୧୭]


ଚିହ୍ନ ଓ ଲକ୍ଷଣ[ସମ୍ପାଦନା]

ଗ୍ୟାସ୍ଟ୍ରୋଏଣ୍ଟେରାଇଟିସ୍ ରୋଗରେ ପତଳା ଝାଡା ଓ ବାନ୍ତି ହୁଏ, ବେଳେ ବେଳେ ଗୋଟିଏ ଲକ୍ଷଣ ପ୍ରକାଶ ପାଏ । ପେଟରେ କ୍ରାମ୍ପ ହୋଇପାରେ । ସଂକ୍ରମଣ ହେବାର ୧୨ - ୭୨ ଘଣ୍ଟା ମଧ୍ୟରେ ଲକ୍ଷଣ ଦେଖାଯାଏ[୧୮] । ଭାଇରସଦ୍ୱାରା ହେଉଥିଲେ ଏକ ସପ୍ତାହ ମଧ୍ୟରେ ଭଲ ହୋଇଯାଏ । କେତେକ ଭୁତାଣୁ ଜନିତ ଗ୍ୟାସ୍ଟ୍ରୋଏଣ୍ଟେରାଇଟିସ୍ ରୋଗରେ ଜର, ଥକ୍କାଣ, ମୁଣ୍ଡ ବଥା ଓ ମାଂସ ପେଶୀ ଯନ୍ତ୍ରଣା ହୁଏ । ଝାଡାରେ ରକ୍ତ ପଡୁଥିଲେ ଭୁତାଣୁ ଅପେକ୍ଷା ଜୀବାଣୁଦ୍ୱାରା ହେବା ସମ୍ଭାବନା ଅଧିକ । କେତେକ ଜୀବାଣୁ ଯୋଗୁ ପେଟରେ ଯନ୍ତ୍ରଣା ହୁଏ ଓ ଅନେକ ସପ୍ତାହ ପର୍ଯ୍ୟନ୍ତ ଲାଗି ରହେ ।
ପିଲାମାନେ ୩ରୁ ୮ ଦିନ ମଧ୍ୟରେ ଭଲ ହୋଇ ଯାଆନ୍ତି[୧୯] । ଗରିବା ଦେଶମାନଙ୍କରେ ଚିକିତ୍ସା ସୁବିଧା ନ ଥିବାରୁ ବହୁତ ଦିନ ଧରି ରୋଗ ଲାଗି ରହେ[୨୦] ନିର୍ଜଳନ ଏହାର ଏକ ଜଟିଳ ସମସ୍ୟା,[୨୧] । ନିର୍ଜଳନ ଏହାର ମୂଖ୍ୟ ଜଟୀଳତା। ସ୍ୱଳ୍ପ ସ୍ୱାସ୍ଥ୍ୟରକ୍ଷା ଓ ଅପପୁଷ୍ଟି ଥିବା ସ୍ଥାନମାନଙ୍କରେ ବାରମ୍ବାର ଗ୍ୟାସ୍ଟ୍ରୋଏଣ୍ଟେରାଇଟିସ୍ ହୁଏ ଓ ଏହା ସହ ବିକାଶରେ ବାଧା ହୁଏ ଓ ବହୁ ଦିନ ଧରି ବୋଧ ଶକ୍ତି କମିଯାଏ ।

କାରଣ[ସମ୍ପାଦନା]

ବିଭିନ୍ନ ଏଜେଣ୍ଟଙ୍କଦ୍ୱାରା ଏହି ରୋଗ ହୁଏ ।

ଭୁତାଣୁ[ସମ୍ପାଦନା]

ରୋଟା, ନୋରା, ଆଡେନୋ ଓ ଆସ୍ଟ୍ରୋ ଭୁତାଣୁଦ୍ୱାରା ଗ୍ୟାସ୍ଟ୍ରୋଏଣ୍ଟେରାଇଟିସ ରୋଗ ହୁଏ[୨୨][୨୩]ରୋଟା ଭୁତାଣୁ ସବୁଠାରୁ ଅଧିକ ପିଲାମାନଙ୍କ ଦେହରେ ଏହି ରୋଗ ସୃଷ୍ଟି କରେ ଓ ଉଭୟ ବିକଶିତ ଓ ବିକାଶଶୀଳ ଦେଶମାନଙ୍କରେ ସମ ଭାବରେ ଦେଖାଯାଏ । ପିଲାମାନଙ୍କର ରୋଗର ୭୦% ଭୁତାଣୁ ଯୋଗୁ ହୁଏ[୧୦]। ଇମ୍ମ୍ୟୁନିଟି ଯୋଗୁ ବଡ଼ମାନଙ୍କ ଦେହରେ ରୋଟା ଜନିତ ରୋଗ କମ ହୁଏ[୨୪]
ବଡ଼ ମଣିଷଙ୍କର ନୋରୋ ଭୁତାଣୁ ଯୋଗୁ ଏହି ରୋଗ ଆମେରିକାରେ ଦେଖାଯାଏ ।

ଜୀବାଣୁ[ସମ୍ପାଦନା]

ବିକଶିତ ଦେଶମାନଙ୍କରେ ମୂଖ୍ୟତଃ କ୍ୟୁମ୍ପିଲୋବ୍ୟାକ୍ଟର ଜେଜୁନି ଜୀବାଣୁଦ୍ୱାରା ଏହି ରୋଗ ହୁଏ । ଯେଉଁ ଲୋକମାନେ କୁକୁଡା ପାଳନ କାମରେ ନିଯୁକ୍ତ ଥାଆନ୍ତି ସେମାନଙ୍କର ଏହି ରୋଗ ବେଶି ହୁଏ[୨୫] । ପିଲାମାନଙ୍କର ରୋଗର ୧୫% ଜୀବାଣୁଦ୍ୱାରା ହୁଏ । ମୂଖ୍ୟ ଜୀବାଣୁ ଗୁଡିକର ନାମ: ଇ. କୋଲାଇ, ସାଲମୋନେଲା, ସିଗେଲା ଓ କୋମ୍ପିଲୋବ୍ୟାକ୍ଟର । ସଂକ୍ରମିତ ଖାଦ୍ୟରେ ଜୀବାଣୁ କିଛି ଘଣ୍ଟା ରହିଗଲେ ଜୀବାଣୁ ବଂଶ ବୃଦ୍ଧି କରନ୍ତି । ଅସିଦ୍ଧ ଖାଦ୍ୟ, ପୋଲ୍ଟ୍ରି, ସମୁଦ୍ରି ଖାଦ୍ୟ, ଅଣ୍ଡା, ପାସ୍ଚୁରାଇଜ ହୋଇ ନ ଥିବା କ୍ଷୀର, ଫଳ ଓ ପରିବା ଜୁସ[୨୬] ମାଧ୍ୟମରେ ଏହି ରୋଗ ସହଜରେ ବ୍ୟାପେ । ଖାଦ୍ୟ ଓ ଜଳ ମାଧ୍ୟମ ଏହି ସଂକ୍ରମଣର ମୂଖ୍ୟ ବାହକ ।
ଆଣ୍ଟିବାୟୋଟିକ ଓ ଆଣ୍ଟାସିଡ ସେବନ କରୁଥିବା ଲୋକଙ୍କ ଦେହରେ କେତେକ ଜୀବାଣୁର ବିଷାକ୍ତ ପଦାର୍ଥ ଯୋଗୁ ଏହି ରୋଗ ହୁଏ ।

ପରଜୀବି(Parasite)[ସମ୍ପାଦନା]

ଜିଆର୍ଡିଆ ଓ ଏଣ୍ଟାମିବା ହୋସ୍ଟୋଲିଟିକାଦ୍ୱାରା ମଧ୍ୟ ଏହି ରୋଗ ହୁଏ ।

ବିକାରୀ ଶରୀର କ୍ରିୟା(Pathophysiology)[ସମ୍ପାଦନା]

କ୍ଷୁଦ୍ର ଅନ୍ତ ଓ ବୃହଦନ୍ତର ସଙ୍କ୍ରମଣ ଯୋଗୁ ହେଉଥିବା ତରଳ ଝାଡା ଓ ବାନ୍ତି ରୋଗକୁ ଗ୍ୟାସ୍ଟ୍ରୋଏଣ୍ଟେରାଇଟିସ୍ କୁହାଯାଏ[୧୬]। କ୍ଷୁଦ୍ର ଅନ୍ତ ନାଳୀରେ ପ୍ରଦାହ ହୁଏ ନାହିଁ କିନ୍ତୁ ବୃହଦନ୍ତରେ ପ୍ରଦାହ ହୁଏ । ଏହି ରୋଗ ସୃଷ୍ଟି କରିବା ନିମନ୍ତେ ଗୋତିଏ ଜୀବାଣୁ(କ୍ରିପ୍ଟୋସ୍ପୋରିଡିଅମ୍)ଠାରୁ ଆରମ୍ଭ କରି ୧୦ (କଲେରା ଜୀବାଣୁ) ସ୍ଥଳ ବିଶେଷରେ ଆବଶ୍ୟକ ହୁଅନ୍ତି ।

ରୋଗ ନିର୍ଣ୍ଣୟ[ସମ୍ପାଦନା]

ଏହି ରୋଗ ମୂଖ୍ୟତଃ ରୋଗୀର ଲକ୍ଷଣ ଓ ଚିହ୍ନ ଦେଖି ନିର୍ଣ୍ଣୟ କରାଯାଏ । ସଠିକ ଭାବେ ଏହାର କାରଣ ନିର୍ଣ୍ଣୟ ଅନାବଶ୍ୟକ ଯେ ହେତୁ ଏହାର ଚିକିତ୍ସା ଉପରେ ପ୍ରଭାବ ନାହିଁ । ଝାଡାରେ ରକ୍ତ ଦେଖାଗଲେ ପରୀକ୍ଷା ଆବଶ୍ୟକ; ବିଷାକ୍ତ ଖାଦ୍ୟ ଯୋଗୁ ଏହା ହୋଇପାରେ । ୧୦% ପିଲାଙ୍କର ଗ୍ଲୁକୋଜ ବା ଶର୍କରା ଅଂଶ କମିଯାଏ ଏଣୁ ରକ୍ତର ଗ୍ଲୁକୋଜ ପରୀକ୍ଷା ଆବଶ୍ୟକ ହୁଏ । ଅତ୍ୟଧିକ ନିର୍ଜଳନ ଥିଲେ କିଡନି କର୍ମକୁଶଳତା ପରୀକ୍ଷା ଓ ଇଲେକ୍ଟ୍ରୋଲାଇଟ ପରୀକ୍ଷା କରାଯାଏ ।

ନିର୍ଜଳନ[ସମ୍ପାଦନା]

ଏହାକୁ ତିନି ଭାଗରେ ବିଭକ୍ତ କରାଯାଏ: ସାମାନ୍ୟ(୩ ରୁ୫%), ମଧ୍ୟମ(୬ରୁ ୯%) ଓ ଅତିଶୟ(୧୦% ବା ଅଧିକ) । ପିଲାମାନଙ୍କ ଦେହରେ ନିର୍ଜଳନର ମୂଖ୍ୟ ଲକ୍ଷଣ : - ଦେହର କୌଣସି ସ୍ଥାନକୁ ଅଳ୍ପ ସମୟ ନିମନ୍ତେ ଟିପଦ୍ୱାରା ଚିପି ଧରି ଛାଡିଦେଲେ ଶେତା ଦେଖାଯାଏ କିନ୍ତୁ ସଙ୍ଗେ ସଙ୍ଗେ ରକ୍ତିମ ହୋଇ ସାଧାରଣ ରଙ୍ଗ ହୋଇଯାଏ । ନିର୍ଜଳନ ଥିଲେ ସେହି ସ୍ଥାନର ରଙ୍ଗ ଫେରିବାକୁ ସମୟ ଲାଗେ । ନିଶ୍ୱାସ ପ୍ରଶ୍ୱାସ ସାଧାରଣ ରହେ ନାହିଁ[୨୭] । ପାଟି ଶୁଖି ଯାଏ, ଲୁହ ବହେ ନାହିଁ ଚମର ଇଲାସ୍ଟିସିଟି ରହେ ନାହିଁ ଓ ଆଖି ଭିତରକୁ ପଶିଯାଏ । ପରିସ୍ରା ପରିମାଣ କମିଯାଏ ।

ଗ୍ଯାସ୍ଟ୍ରୋଏଣ୍ଟେରାଇଟିସ୍ ଏକ ତୀବ୍ର ଓ ସ୍ୱତଃ ଭଲ ହେବା ରୋଗ ଓ ଏହା ନିମନ୍ତେ କୌଣସି ଔଷଧ ଦରକାର ହୁଏ ନାହିଁ। ସ୍ୱଳ୍ପ ଓ ମଧ୍ୟମ ଧରଣର ରୋଗରେ ନିର୍ଜଳନ ନିମନ୍ତେ ଓରାଲ ରିହାଡ୍ରେସନ ଥେରାପି (ORT) ଦିଆଯାଏ[୧୨] ।ମେଟୋକ୍ଲୋପ୍ରମାଇଡ୍ ଏବଂ/ କିମ୍ବା ଓନ୍ଡାନସ୍ଟେରନ[୩୫] କେତେକ ପିଲାମାନଙ୍କୁ ସାହଯ୍ୟ କରେ । ବ୍ୟୁଟାଇଲ୍‌ସ୍କୋପୋଲାମିନ୍ ଦେଲେ ଉଦର ଯନ୍ତ୍ରଣା କମିଯାଏ[୩୬]

ପୁନଃ ଜଳଯୋଜନ(Rehydration)[ସମ୍ପାଦନା]

ବଜାରରେ ଏଥି ନିମନ୍ତେ ଓ.ଆର.ଏସ୍. ପାଉଡର ମିଳେ । ଏହାକୁ ଥଣ୍ଡା ହୋଇଥିବା ଫୁଟା ପାଣିରେ ନିର୍ଦ୍ଦେଶ ମୁତାବକ ଓ.ଆର୍.ଏସ୍. ମିଶେଇ ପାନୀୟ ପ୍ରସ୍ତୁତ କରି ରୋଗୀକୁ ପିଇବାକୁ ଦିଆଯାଏ । ଏହି ପାନୀୟ ପାଟିକୁ ଭଲ ନ ଲାଗିଲେ ସାଧାରଣ ଜଳ ସାଥିରେ ସାମାନ୍ୟ ଚିନି / ଗ୍ଲୁକୋଜ ଓ ଲୁଣ ମିଶେଇ ରୋଗୀକୁ ଦିଆଯାଏ । ଯଦି ନିର୍ଜଳନ ଅତ୍ୟଧିକ ଥାଏ ବା ଚେତନା କମି ଯାଉଥାଏ ତେବେ ଶୀରା ମଧ୍ୟରେ ସାଲାଇନ୍ ଓ ରିଙ୍ଗର ଲାକ୍ଟେଟ ଇତ୍ୟାଦି ଦିଆଯାଏ [୩୭][୩୮] । ଅତ୍ୟଧିକ ଚିନି ପାଣି, ସଫ୍ଟ ଡ୍ରିଙ୍କ ଓ ଫଳ ଜୁସ ଦେବା ମନା । ଦରକାର ହେଲେ ନାକ ବାଟେ ନଳି ପୁରାଇ ତରଳ ପଦାର୍ଥ ଦିଆଯାଏ ।

ଖାଦ୍ୟ[ସମ୍ପାଦନା]

ସ୍ତନ ପାନ କରୁଥିବା ଶିଶୁ ସ୍ତନ ପାନ ଜାରି ରଖିବ । ଓ.ଆର୍.ଏସ୍. ପିଇବା ପରେ ସ୍ତନ ପାନ ନ କରୁଥିବା ପିଲା ଯେଉଁ ଖାଦ୍ୟ ଖାଉଥିଲା ତାହା ଖାଇବ । ଲାକ୍ଟୋଜ ବିହୀନ ଖାଦ୍ୟ ଅନାବଶ୍ୟକ । ପିଲାମାନେ ରୋଗ ହେଉଥିବା ପୂର୍ବରୁ ଯେଉଁ ଖାଦ୍ୟ ଖାଉଥିଲେ ସେହି ଖାଦ୍ୟ ଖାଇବେ, କେବଳ ଅତ୍ୟଧିକ ଚିନି ଭଳି ପଦାର୍ଥ ଖାଇବେ ନାହିଁ । ଯଥେଷ୍ଟ ଖାଦ୍ୟ ସାର ନ ଥିବାରୁ କଦଳୀ, ଟୋଷ୍ଟ୍, ଚା ଇତ୍ୟାଦି ଉପଯୁକ୍ତ ନୁହେଁ[୩୯]। ପ୍ରୋବାୟୋଟିକ ବା ଉପକାରୀ ଜୀବାଣୁ ଔଷ ଧ ଆକାରରେ ଖାଇଲେ ଉପକାର ମିଳେ ଓ ରୋଗ ସମୟ କମିଯାଏ[୪୦] । ଆଣ୍ଟିଆୟୋଟିକ ଜନିତ ଝାଡାରେ ଏହା ପ୍ରତିଷେଧ ଓ ଚିକିତ୍ସା ଉଭୟରେ ଉପକାର କରେ[୪୧] । ଦହି ଖାଇଲେ ଭଲ [୪୨]।ପିଲାମାନଙ୍କଠାରେ ଜିଙ୍କ ଥିବା ଔଷଧଦ୍ୱାରା ପ୍ରତିଷେଧ ଓ ଚିକିତ୍ସା ଉଭୟ ଫଳପ୍ରଦ[୪୩]

ବାନ୍ତି ପ୍ରତିରୋଧକ ଔଷଧ[ସମ୍ପାଦନା]

ଓଣ୍ଡାନ୍ ସେଟ୍ରନ ଖାଇବାଦ୍ୱାରା ବାନ୍ତି କମିଯାଏ, ଶିରାରେ ଦିବାକୁ ଥିବା ସାଲାଇନ୍ ଇତ୍ୟାଦି କମ୍ ଦରକାର ପଡେ ଓ ଘରେ ମଧ୍ୟ ଚିକିତ୍ସା କରିହୁଏ [୪୪][୪୫]। ମେଟୋକ୍ଲୋପ୍ରାମାଇଡ୍ ଔଷଧ ମଧ୍ୟ ଉପକାର କରେ[୪୬] । ବେଳେ ବେଳେ ଚିକିତ୍ସାଳୟକୁ ଯିବା ଦରକାର ହୁଏ[୪୭]

ଆଣ୍ଟିବାୟୋଟିକ୍[ସମ୍ପାଦନା]

ସଧାରଣତଃ ଆଣ୍ଟିବାୟୋଟିକ୍ ଆବଶ୍ୟକ ହୁଏ ନାହିଁ, ରୋଗ ସାଂଘାତିକ ହେଲେ ଦିଆଯାଏ[୪୮] ବା ସମ୍ବେଦନଶୀଳ ଜୀବାଣୁ ଜଣା ପଡ଼ିଲେ ଦିଆଯାଏ[୪୯] । ଫ୍ଲୋରୋକୁନିଲିନ୍ ଅପେକ୍ଷା ମାକ୍ରୋଲାଇଡ ଅଧିକ ଫଳପ୍ରଦ । ଆଣ୍ଟିବାୟୋଟିକଦ୍ୱାରା ସିଗଲା[୫୦], ସାଲମୋନେଲା[୫୧] ଓ ଜିଆଡିଆ । ଜିଆଡିଆ ଓ ଇ.ଏଚ୍ ଥିଲେ ମେଟ୍ରୋନିଡାଜୋଲ୍ ଅପେକ୍ଷା ଟିନିଡାଜୋଲ୍ ଅଧିକ ଫଳପ୍ରଦ । [୫୨] ଆଣ୍ଟିବାୟୋଟିକ୍ ଖାଇବା ଦ୍ୱାର ସୁଡୋମୋନାସ୍ କୋଲାଇଟିସ୍ ହୁଏ। ଏହା ହେଲେ ଆଣ୍ଟିବାୟୋଟିକ୍ ଦେବା ବନ୍ଦ କରିଦିଆ ଯାଏ ଓ ମେଟ୍ରୋନିଡାଜୋଲ୍ ବା ଭାଙ୍କୋମାଇସିନ୍ ଦିଆଯାଏ । ଏଣ୍ଟାମିବା ବା ସିଗେଲା ପରଜୀବି ଥିଲେ ଟିନିଡାଜୋଲ୍ ଦିଆଯାଏ ।
