ଉଲିପ୍ରିସ୍ଟଲ ଆସେଟେଟ (ଇଂରାଜୀ ଭାଷାରେ Ulipristal acetate, ଏକ ବିକ୍ରୟ ନାମ ଏଲ୍ଲା/Ella) ଏକ ଔଷଧ ଯାହା ଆଶୁ ଜନ୍ମ ନିରୋଧ (emergency birth control) ଓ ଜରାୟୁ ଫାଇବ୍ରଏଡ (uterine fibroids) ରୋଗ ଚିକିତ୍ସାରେ ଦିଆଯାଏ । ^[୧]^[୨]^[୩] ଆଶୁ ଜନ୍ମ ନିରୋଧ ନିମନ୍ତେ ଏହା ଯୌନ ସଙ୍ଗମର ୧୨୦ ଘଣ୍ଟା ମଧ୍ୟରେ ବ୍ୟବ‌ହାର କରିବା ଆବଶ୍ୟକ ।^[୧] ଫିବ୍ରଏଡ ଚିକିତ୍ସାରେ ଏହା ୬ ମାସ ପର୍ଯ୍ୟନ୍ତ ଦିଆଯାଇପାରେ ।^[୪]ଏହା ପାଟିରେ ଦିଆଯାଏ ।^[୧]

ଏହାର ପାର୍ଶ୍ୱ ପ୍ରତିକ୍ରିୟାରେ ମୁଣ୍ଡବିନ୍ଧା, ଅଇ, ଥକ୍କାଣ ଓ ଉଦର ଯନ୍ତ୍ରଣା ହୋଇପାରେ ।^[୧] ଗର୍ଭାବସ୍ଥାରେ ଏହା ଦିଆଯିବା ଉଚିତ ନୁହେଁ ।^[୧] ଏହା ସିଲେକ୍ଟିଭ ପ୍ରୋଜେସ୍ଟିରନ ରିସେପ୍ଟର ମୋଡ୍ୟୁଲେଟର (selective progesterone receptor modulator (SPRM) ଶ୍ରେଣୀର ଔଷଧ । ^[୧] ଏହା ପ୍ରୋଜେସ୍ଟେରନର (progesterone) ପ୍ରଭାବକୁ ପ୍ରତିରୋଧ କରି ଡିମ୍ବ କ୍ଷରଣ (ovulation) ବନ୍ଦ କରାଏ ।^[୫]
