ଆସେଟିଲସାଲିସିଲିକ ଏସିଡ/ସିମ୍ଭାଷ୍ଟାଟିନ/ରାମିପ୍ରିଲ/ଆଟେନୋଲୋଲ/ହାଇଡ୍ରୋକ୍ଲୋରୋଥିଆଜାଇଡ, ଯାହା ପଲିକ୍ୟାପ୍ ନାମରେ ବିକ୍ରି ହୁଏ, ଏହା ଏକ ଔଷଧ ମିଶ୍ରଣ ଯାହା ହୃଦରୋଗ ଏବଂ ଷ୍ଟ୍ରୋକ୍ ରୋକିବା ପାଇଁ ବ୍ୟବହୃତ ହୁଏ । ^[୨] ବିଶେଷକରି ଏହା ୧୦ ବର୍ଷ ମଧ୍ୟରେ ୧୦% ରୁ ଅଧିକ ବିପଦ ଥିବା ଲୋକଙ୍କ ପାଇଁ ବ୍ୟବହୃତ ହୁଏ । ^[୧] ଏହା ପାଟିରେ ଦିଆଯାଏ ।^[୩] କିଛି ଲୋକଙ୍କ ପାଇଁ ଏହି ବ୍ୟକ୍ତିଗତ ଉପାଦାନ ଅପେକ୍ଷା ମିଶ୍ରଣକୁ ଗ୍ରହଣ କରିବା ସହଜ ହୁଏ ।^[୩]

ପୃଥକ ଉପାଦାନଗୁଡ଼ିକର ପାର୍ଶ୍ୱ ପ୍ରତିକ୍ରିୟାଗୁଡ଼ିକ ଥାଏ ଯଦିଓ ଏହା ସାଧାରଣତଃ ଭଲ ଭାବରେ ସହ୍ୟ କରାଯାଏ ।^[୪] ଏହା ଆସିଟେଲସାଲିସିଲିକ ଏସିଡ (ଆସପିରିନ୍) ଯାହା ଏକ ଆଣ୍ଟିପ୍ଲାଟେଲେଟ୍ ; ସିମ୍ଭାଷ୍ଟାଟିନ ଯାହା ଏକ ଷ୍ଟାଟିନ୍; ରାମିପ୍ରିଲ ଯାହା ଏକ ଏସିଇ ଇନହିବିଟର; ଆଟେନୋଲୋଲ ଯାହା ଏକ ବିଟା ବ୍ଲକର୍ ଏବଂ ହାଇଡ୍ରୋକ୍ଲୋରୋଥିଆଜାଇଡ୍ ଯାହା ଏକ ଥିଆଜାଇଡ୍ ଡାଇୟୁରେଟିକ୍ ଔଷଧମାନଙ୍କୁ ନେଇ ଗଠିତ । ^[୧]
