ଆସେଟାଇଲସାଲିସିଲିକ ଏସିଡ/ଆଟୋରଭାଷ୍ଟାଟିନ/ରାମିପ୍ରିଲ, ଯାହା ଆସ୍ପିରିନ୍ / ଆଟୋରଭାଷ୍ଟାଟିନ୍ / ରାମିପ୍ରିଲ୍ ଭାବରେ ମଧ୍ୟ ଜଣାଶୁଣା, ହେଉଛି ଏକ ଔଷଧ ମିଶ୍ରଣ ଯାହା ହୃଦ୍ ରୋଗ ଏବଂ ଷ୍ଟ୍ରୋକକୁ ରୋକିବା ପାଇଁ ବ୍ୟବହୃତ ହୁଏ ।[୩] ହୃଦ୍ଘାତ ପରେ ଏହା ହୃଦ୍ପାତରେ ମୃତ୍ୟୁ ହେବାର ଆଶଙ୍କା ପ୍ରାୟ ଏକ ତୃତୀୟାଂଶ କମିଯାଏ ।[୨] ଏହା ପାଟିରେ ଦିଆଯାଏ ।[୪] ଏକକ ଉପାଦାନ ଅପେକ୍ଷା କିଛି ଲୋକଙ୍କ ପାଇଁ ଏହି ମିଶ୍ରଣ ନେବା ସହଜ ଅଟେ ।[୪]
ପାର୍ଶ୍ୱ ପ୍ରତିକ୍ରିୟାଗୁଡ଼ିକ ବ୍ୟକ୍ତିଗତ ଉପାଦାନଗୁଡ଼ିକ ଯୋଗୁ ହୁଏ।[୧] ଏହା ଏକ ଆଣ୍ଟିପ୍ଲାଟେଲେଟ୍ ଓ ଆସ୍ପିରିନର ମିଶ୍ରଣ, ଆଟୋରଭାସ୍ଟାଟିନ ଯାହା ଏକ ଷ୍ଟାଟିନ୍; ଏବଂ ରାମିପ୍ରିଲ ଯାହା ଏକ ଆଞ୍ଜିଓଟେନସିନ୍-ରୂପାନ୍ତରକାରୀ-ଏଞ୍ଜାଇନ ଅବରୋଧକ ।[୧]
୨୦୧୪ ମସିହାରେ ୟୁରୋପ ଏବଂ ଲାଟିନ୍ଆମେରିକାର କିଛି ଅଂଶରେ ଚିକିତ୍ସା କ୍ଷେତ୍ରରେ ବ୍ୟବହାର ପାଇଁ ଏହି ମିଶ୍ରଣକୁ ଅନୁମୋଦନ କରାଯାଇଥିଲା ।[୧] [୫] ୨୦୨୩ ସୁଦ୍ଧା ଏହା ୨୫ଟି ଦେଶରେ ଉପଲବ୍ଧ ଥିଲା ।[୨] 2023 ସୁଦ୍ଧା ଏହା ଯୁକ୍ତରାଷ୍ଟ୍ରରେ ଉପଲବ୍ଧ ନଥିଲା ।[୨] ଏହାର ନାମ ବିଶ୍ୱ ସ୍ୱାସ୍ଥ୍ୟ ସଂଗଠନର ଜରୁରୀ ଔଷଧ ତାଲିକାରେ ଅଛି ।[୬] ବିଭିନ୍ନ ଷ୍ଟାଟିନ୍ କିମ୍ବା ଆଞ୍ଜିଓଟେନସିନ୍-ରୂପାନ୍ତରକାରୀ-ଏଞ୍ଜାଇନ ଅବରୋଧକ ସହିତ ବିକଳ୍ପ ପ୍ରସ୍ତୁତ କରାଯାଇପାରେ ।[୪] ଉପାଦାନଗୁଡ଼ିକ ସାଧାରଣତ ଜେନେରିକ୍ ଔଷଧ ।[୪] ଏହା ଏକ ପ୍ରକାର ପଲିପିଲ୍ ।[୭] ୨୦୧୬ ସୁଦ୍ଧା ଏହା ପିଛା ମାସକୁ ପ୍ରାୟ €୧୦ରୁ €୪୦ ଖର୍ଚ୍ଚ ହେଉଥିଲା ।[୫]
