ଡାର୍କ ୱେବ ହେଉଛି ୱାର୍ଲଡ଼ ୱାଇଡ଼ ୱେବର ଏପରି ଏକ ଅଂଶ ଯାହା ଡାର୍କ ନେଟରେ ପରିଚାଳିତ ହୋଇଥାଏ । ଡାର୍କ ୱେବରେ ଥିବା ତଥ୍ୟକୁ ହାସିଲ କରିବା ପାଇଁ କିଛି ବିଶେଷ ସଫ୍ଟୱେର ଏବଂ ପ୍ରଣାଳୀ ଆବଶ୍ୟକ ।^[୧]^[୨] ଡାର୍କ ୱେବ ଡିପ ୱେବର ଏକ ଛୋଟ ଅଂଶ ପ୍ରସ୍ତୁତ କରିଥାଏ । ଡ଼ିପ ୱେବ ଇଣ୍ଟରନେଟର ଏପରି ଏକ ଅଂଶ ଯାହା କି ସନ୍ଧାନୀ ସଫ୍ଟୱେୟାରଦ୍ୱାରା ଈଂଡେ଼କ୍ସ ହୋଇ ନଥାଏ । ଡାର୍କ ୱେବ ଏବଂ ଡ଼ିପ ୱେବ ଏକା ପ୍ରକାରର ଲାଗୁ ଥିଲେ ମଧ୍ୟ ସେମାନଙ୍କୁ ସମାନ ବୋଲି ଭାବିନେବା ଠିକ ନୁହେଁ ।^[୩]^[୪]^[୫]^[୬]^[୭]
