ଉପନିଷଦ ହିନ୍ଦୁ ଧର୍ମର ଦାର୍ଶନିକ ଗ୍ରନ୍ଥ ସମୁହ ଅଟେ । ଏହାକୁ ବେଦାନ୍ତ ମଧ୍ୟ କୁହାଯାଏ। ଦୁଇଶହଟି ଉପନିଷଦ ମଧ୍ୟରୁ ବାରଟି ମୁଖ୍ୟ ଓ ଗୁରୁତ୍ତ୍ଵପୂର୍ଣ ଅଟେ,ବୃହଦାରଣ୍ୟକ ଓ ଛାନ୍ଦୋଗ୍ୟ ସର୍ବାଧିକ ପ୍ରାଚୀନ ଉପନିଷଦ ଅଟେ ।
